Find compromises

And if employees do not have enough time to complete it at the highest level, then it is necessary to distribute the tasks. You are in the same team and you have the same goals. Therefore, in difficult situations, you need to act and solve problems together.
Keep balance

If you are working on two tasks at the same time, and they completely take your time, and a third appears over the horizon, then you will have to give up something. Explain to your superiors that one of the tasks will need to be postponed for a while. Define the priority of each of them, describe the stages of work and their duration. You can not upset the balance and hope that this does not affect the quality. But you, as a performer, can provide reliable facts and predict the result. A good leader knows what the company is pursuing. And if you are really overloaded, then it will go to your meeting to improve the quality of the work performed.
